The location of this hostel is fantastic, with easy access to a large transport hub and close proximity to various destinations. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, offering a good night's sleep.
One negative aspect was the shared room, which was too small and cramped for the number of guests.

I stayed at Hostal Madrid Paradise for 3 nights while visiting the Bernabeu. The Italian hostel manager was incredibly attentive and always available to help. He even provided free towels, which was a nice touch. Unlike other hostels, this one didn't have a typical "youth" hostel vibe, but it was definitely worth the affordable price. Plus, there is a 24/7 market conveniently located nearby for food. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes away from Avenida de America station where you can catch a bus to the airport. The staff, especially the Italian guy who I believe is the owner, was very friendly and caring. They made me feel welcome and were always helpful.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hostel were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. the location was convenient, with a large transport hub just a 5 minute walk away. Beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, and the cleanliness of the entire hostel was impressive. For a light sleeper like myself, I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep.
I felt very lucky during my stay at this hostel, as I had no complaints at all.
